Refund & Return Policy

At Convictionwear, many of our products are fulfilled and shipped through Printful. Because of this, our refund and return policy follows Printful’s guidelines. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final (Except in Eligible Cases)

Because each item is made individually when you order it, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind after the order is placed

  • Mistakes in the shipping address provided by the customer

Please double‑check sizes, designs, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We will replace or refund an item if there is a problem caused by manufacturing or fulfillment, including:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The print is misaligned or incorrect

  • The wrong item, size, or color was shipped

  • There are defects in the product

To submit a claim, you must contact us at [Contact@convictionwear.com](mailto:Contact@convictionwear.com) within 30 days of receiving the product.

What to include in your claim:

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the issue (required by Printful)

  • Photo of the packing slip (if available)

  • Once your claim is approved, Printful will remake or refund the item.

3. Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, we will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.You must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if your package never arrived.A replacement may be issued only after Printful confirms the package is lost.

4. Wrong Address Policy

If a package is returned to sender due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missing apartment or suite number

  • Customer failure to update the address before shipping

the customer is responsible for:

  • Re-shipment fees

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to address errors.

5. Exchanges

  • Because items are made-to-order, we do not offer size or style exchanges.

  • Customers must select the correct size and style before ordering. Size charts are available on each product page.

6. Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

7. Printful Fulfillment Disclaimer

Because Printful fulfills and ships many of our products, Printful requires:

  • Photo evidence of damaged or incorrect items

  • Claims submitted within their required timeframe

  • Review and approval of all replacement/refund cases

If Printful denies a claim, we are generally unable to override their decision. However, if the issue is clearly visible, obvious, or unquestionably due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we will do our best to:

Replace the item at our own cost, or Offer a refund when appropriate

We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness to our customers.
